Plans and billing
Compare plans and open Billing in your dashboard to review them. Paid Stripe checkout is currently disabled/unconfigured, so the page explains that you must contact your workspace operator for activation. After activation, Billing can open Stripe Checkout for a plan and the Stripe portal for invoices, payment details and end-of-period cancellation. Applicable taxes appear at checkout.
All workspace roles can read the Billing summary and plan catalog. Only workspace owners can change billing; members and viewers see the read-only explanation.
New workspaces receive 1,000 free credits once, without a credit card. Account creation still requires operator review. Paid credits become available after Stripe confirms payment; returning from Checkout alone does not activate a plan.
Credit balance
Billing shows your period allowance, used credits, credits reserved for jobs, remaining credits and concurrency limit. Direct HTML requests with render_js=false cost one credit. Jobs reserve credits before execution; retries retain the reservation, and failed or canceled jobs release it. Paid credits expire at the end of the billing period and do not roll over. A failed renewal does not add more credits.
Invoices and cancellation
Browser rendering, managed proxies and complete compatibility with the inherited upstream API contract are not available. The dashboard includes a limited set of Google, Fast Search, Amazon, YouTube and Walmart specialized endpoint forms, but the active plan must allow specialized APIs and this does not imply complete endpoint coverage or behavioral parity. Confirm current endpoint availability before subscribing for a specialized use case.
The Billing page refreshes while open. If payment succeeded but your balance has not updated, refresh and contact your operator so they can check Stripe delivery status.
